snow, ice, snow - aka winter

This post is a bit random as it will contain a mix of pictures from my recent very short trip to the States and a few shots from my visit last year. There are a few photos that are not bad and go well with the theme. Nothing spectecular just sights that I came across on walks around Long Island and the City. As much as I enjoy winter, especially when there is lots of snow, you can bundle up with snow boots, a thick ski jacket, hats and gloves, I must admit I am looking forward to spring.
